FULFILLMENT TIMELINES

Each piece of jewelry is made with intention by hand. While some items are in stock and ready to ship, most items are made to order. Please allow 1-4 weeks for fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Once an order is ready to ship, you will be notified with the tracking number for the shipment. If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out and we will let you know if we can accommodate you. You may do this by leaving a note at check out, or by e-mailing info@amandahuntjewelry.com. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Because each piece is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns.  

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, we can offer store credit or exchange for another style within 14 days of purchase.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders, Wedding + Engagement Collection, Initial Collection, or Birthstone Collection items.  We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order as all sales are final. Gift cards and sale items are not returnable.

If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt.  We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item. 

Please contact us prior to shipping. 

If you need to cancel an order, cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing the order. A 10% fee will be withheld from the amount of the refund to cover fees charged to us by Shopify. 

 

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (1-3 business days).  Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order rushed, please get in touch at info@amandahuntjewelry.com to see if we can accommodate your request. 

Priority shipping of items over $150 is complimentary.

We ship using minimal packing materials in order to minimize our environmental footprint.

We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. AMANDA HUNT is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders addressed to international destinations will ship with USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days). Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch with us at info@amandahuntjewelry.com so we can do our best to advise you. While we can provide estimates for shipping times, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery due to the customs process.

Amanda Hunt orders are shipped delivered at place (DAP), also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Meaning the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes exclude all Wedding & Engagement collection pieces, custom pieces, collaborations, and archive sales. 

Discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards or previous orders.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.  No refunds are given for discount codes.

Discount codes and Promotion offers have no cash value and cannot be altered, sold, or transferred.

 

ANNUAL SALE TERMS

Annual sale discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. Discounts do not apply to Gift Cards. No price adjustments on previous purchases or combining orders placed during sales.

Orders placed during annual sales will take 1-4 weeks to ship.

Rushed orders cannot be accommodated and we cannot estimate the exact shipping timeline of each item within the 1-4 week time frame.

 

ARCHIVE/SAMPLE SALES

Please be sure of your sizing, all designs are sold “as is.” No size adjustments or repairs.  Separate orders cannot be combined for shipping. We cannot accomodate refunds on shipping.

Discount codes cannot be applied to Archive Sale items.

All archive and sample sale items are final sale.

 

REPAIRS

We repair jewelry within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear by our team (sample sale items not included). After 6 months, a charge will apply for repair. Please contact us with your inquiry and we'll get right back to you.
