FULFILLMENT

Each piece of jewelry is made with intention by hand. While some items are in stock and ready to ship, most items are made to order. Please allow 1-4 weeks for fulfillment. Once an order is ready to ship, you will be notified with the tracking number for the shipment. If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out and we will let you know if we can accommodate you. You may do this by leaving a note at check out, or by e-mailing info@amandahuntjewelry.com. 

  

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (1-3 business days).  Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order rushed, please get in touch at info@amandahuntjewelry.com to see if we can accommodate your request. 

We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. AMANDA HUNT is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders addressed to international destinations will ship with USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days). Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch with us at info@amandahuntjewelry.com so we can do our best to advise you. While we can provide estimates for shipping times, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery due to the customs process.

RETURNS

Because each piece is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns.  

We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order as all sales are final. 

If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt.  We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
